New airline partnership creates an easier Hawaii travel plan for East coasters

Next time you're thinking about planning a trip to a vacation villa rental in Hawaii, you can look forward to an easier travel process.
JetBlue Airways and Hawaiian Airlines recently announced a new partnership that will result in the synchronization of connecting flight times and more frequent-flier rewards, among other bonuses.
The airlines will implement the system by June 4, allowing vacationers to travel to and from Hawaii on any day of the year, as the island airline will begin a daily nonstop flight between Honolulu and John F. Kennedy Airport at that time.
Whether for a destination wedding, family vacation, business trip or adventure with friends, staying in a Hawaii villa rental is the ultimate ticket to leisure and relaxation. Locals encourage you to take on their laid-back ways and soak up the sun's rays on the islands' top beaches, including Waikiki, Honaunau and Kaanapali.
The getaway spot is one of the only places you may find shrimp trucks lining the beaches. Giovanni's white shrimp truck, often found cruising around Honolulu, is a native favorite and made Yahoo's Top 10 list for its delectable shrimp scampi, hot and spicy shrimp and lemon butter shrimp. When you book a villa rental on the island, be sure to watch out for the white truck covered in graffiti-like lettering.
