The basement offers a laundry room complete with Miele washing machine, a workshop, a library and a toilet. The upstairs has a panoramic view of the sea with an office that offers ADSL Wifi access with a telephone, computer and a fax machine.

The recreation area by the pool offers a pool house with stereo, TV, telephone and a sofa bed. A summer kitchen with sink, refrigerator U.S. gas + electric oven and a dishwasher. Also, there is a summer dining table sheltered with a glazed lava lamp.

Location

• Cassis is a small fishing port of 8000 inhabitants located 25 km from Marseille and 50 km from Aix en Provence. Cassis is sandwiched between the Cape Canaille, the highest cliffs in Europe overlooking the sea at 416 m altitude, and the Calanques, cut by deep canyons.

• Bedroom #1 -: Double bedroom with 2 x single beds that can be connected for a king size double bed with TV and telephone and the bathroom offers a tub and separate shower and toilet.
• Bedroom #2 – Master Bedroom - 36 m2 with a round bed of 2.20 meters that offers a bathroom with Jacuzzi, separate shower and separate toilet. LCD TV 37”with a DVD player and telephone
• Bedroom #3 - Room with TV and telephone. Bedding is 180 convertible 2x90. Bathroom with tub and separate shower and toilet
• Bedroom #4 – separate ensuite, this is closed with a metal awning and offers 2 bunk beds 90 for 2 children

• Pool with stairs 20 m x 10 m. (1.2m to 2.5m depth)
