Situated on a hill overlooking the Mugello valleys you can enjoy the stunning views and can even see the mountains of Abetone in the far distance. Only 35 km from Florence, this elegant villa consists of a main house and an adjacent guest house. Both boast lovely wooden beamed ceilings and terracotta floors, the rooms are furnished with some beautiful antique pieces. The beautiful garden and well kept lawns are the perfect setting for the pool. A wonderful way to spend a day at Casa Dei Frati is simply to relax by the pool.

Main House - Sleeps 4

Ground Floor: Wide covered verandah with wrought iron table and chairs, small laundry, a large archway connects the dining room to the main, fully equipped kitchen.

First Floor: Internal and external stairs lead to the first floor. living room with large fireplace and comfortable sofa and armchairs, direct access to the garden/pool. small bathroom.

Second Floor: Small study area, 1 twin bedroom (convertible into double), 1 bathroom with big jacuzzi, 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Guest House - Sleeps 4/6

Ground Floor: Covered verandah with wrought iron table and chairs, entrance, small fully equipped kitchen, corridor, 1 twin room (not convertible into double), 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with jacuzzi.

Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
