Casa Salinas II is a deluxe 5 Bedroom villa, located on a quiet, private, sandy beach near the Camino Real Hotel. It is located next to it's sister villa Casa Salinas. Both villas can be rented together to accommodate 20 guests.

The ocean views are spectacular and an ideal setting for relaxed and elegant entertaining. It is beautifully furnished with an emphasis on color and comfort. There are four floors with elevator. Four large air-conditioned bedrooms with ocean views. Four full bathrooms (granite and marble). The fifth bedroom is a Casita in the garden, suitable for one or two young adults or teens. This bedroom has its own bath as well. Large living room, dining room, kitchen. Purified drinking water. Outdoor grill. Infinity style, heated swimming pool. Satellite TV in all bedrooms and living room. Music wired to all bedrooms. Juan, the villa Manager, speaks excellent English. He has 20 years experience at Casa Salinas assisted by an excellent staff.

Staff

• Rates include houseman, maid and cook, 6 days a week.
• An English-speaking manager oversees the staff.
• Optional 3 meals per day are offered; breakfast, a light lunch and dinner.
• Transfers are not included, however transportation to/from the airport can be provided by taxi/van service.

Villa Notes

• The staff does not work on Sundays. If you are planning to arrive on a Sunday there is a mandatory, additional $150 charge which includes dinner if requested (food is extra).
• Children are welcome; cribs and highchairs are available, childcare can be arranged.
• Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. No more than 4 children(10 years of age or younger) are accepted per reservation.
