The modern clean-lined design is reminiscent of a ship's prow and encloses a 500 square foot balcony separated from the interior only by its sliding glass walls. The transition from indoor to outdoor living is seamless and the design takes full advantage of panoramic views of the marina and bay.

Guests enter the spacious foyer directly from the private elevator. The foyer leads to the open plan fully equipped kitchen, adjacent dining area and indoor and outdoor living rooms. Spaces are ample with vaulted ceilings and modern, tasteful and comfortable furnishings.

Under its jutting prow, Caza Zar also offers two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite marble bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two full beds and en-suite marble bathroom. Both bedrooms open to roomy private balconies with lovely water views. There is an additional guest bathroom and the entire residence is air conditioned for added comfort.

For groups or larger families, Casa Zar can be combined with Casa Zarina to provide a roomy 4 or 5 bedrooms with private elevator access. Guests can also arrange for use of the Zara Sport Fishing Yacht.
