This villa is in a residential neighborhood with a nice terrace and an outside kitchen plus an enclosed swimming pool. The main entrance is in the in back and all the rooms on the first floor have an outside door oriented to the garden. The decoration is simple and agreeable with light colors that make the house airy and relaxing. The kitchen, living room and dining room are in a row open one to the other.The Provencal-styled kitchen is full equipped with coffee machine, toaster, microwave and behind that there is the laundry room with washing machine and a dryer.The dining room is nicely bright and the living room is comfortable with a couch, a fire place with a big screen satellite TV.

For summer lunch and dinner there is a covered outside kitchen with barbecue and a big table in the shade.The garden is nicely made with typical Provencal plants and trees. The 5x10m swimming pool is protected by alarm, the deepest side is 1.70m. It has 10 deck chairs and 2 sunshades and there is an area for playing pétanque on the side of the house.
