Villa Eoliana is a spectacular 2 story villa located on one of the many cliffs of Panarea, only a 15 minute walk to the town center.

This chic island is the destination of many international jetsetters and is the ideal place for enjoying the sea as well as the nightlife. Only electrical cars are allowed to run through its small alleys, lit at night by torches. Splendid open sea views – The villa has been built in typical Aeolian style, with whitewashed walls and surrounded by a Mediterranean garden. The Aeolian architecture is reflected in the fact that the heart of the house is in the exterior spaces.

Ground Floor: The main living area is outdoors under a pergola and features a dining corner, a breakfast area and built-in benches. The interiors are elegant yet comfortable, with marine themed textiles and décor. Standard sized yet fully-equipped kitchen. 3 double spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with shower, A/C, plasma screen satellite TV, small refrigerator, independent entrance and fantastic sea view—all open onto a large covered terrace.

First Floor: 1 double large bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, A/C, plasma screen satellite TV, small refrigerator, private terrace, independent entrance and fantastic sea view.

Outside Features: Patio with pergola, direct private access to the sea, spacious terraces.

Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
