Its recent restoration has turned it into a charming and comfortable home (fully heated and air-conditioned) with 4 spacious and well appointed guestrooms each with modern en-suite bath and shower facilities for up to 8 guests.

On arrival, guests will find the villa stocked with a selection of soft drinks and water, breakfast items such as tea, coffee, sugar, cereals, milk, butter, cheeses, fruit and fresh bread.

Chef Service

Starting in 2011, Chef + table service for lunch or dinner will be available on a daily basis at the following costs:

  • Formal lunch/dinner (appetizers, 1st course, 2nd course, fruit, dessert) - €200 per meal up to 12 guests
  • Light lunch or dinner (cold buffet with 4-5 dishes or simple 1st course + 2nd course & dessert) - €150 per meal up to 12 guests

Prices listed above are for cook service + table service and do not include the cost of groceries, which will be charged onsite. All costs for Chef service will be paid directly to the cook, and will require a food deposit of €1,000 within 15 days of arrival. We strongly suggest to book chef services in advance or at the time of booking.

  • Daily breakfast prepared by member of the staff (simple service includes coffee, cereals, eggs, ham, etc) - €10 per person. Guests can hire the chef for more sophisticated breakfasts.

Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
