Both from the exterior and interior of the house the views are exceptional.

It took a very lengthy and extensive renovation to transform what was once a ruin of an impressive stone-built 18th century building into a beautiful house equipped with every comfort. The restoration, with the antique cotto floors and "cassettone" ceilings reflects the love for the Tuscan tradition.The sense of style, the passion for art and the extensive travels of the owners add a special touch to the interiors, decorated with antiques, works of art and very comfortable furniture.

The property is equipped with every comfort, including the large outdoor Jacuzzi located in a private, gated, courtyard, a gym, a multi-room sound system with multiple cd-players, Ping-pong table, bocce lawn, Satellite HD TV&DVD, a PC with high speed internet access, separate fax line, screens in the bedrooms and in the kitchen, etc… The tiled swimming pool has been placed on the most panoramic position and is surrounded by immaculate lawn with two shaded pergolas, one comfortably furnished for relaxing and one with a sitting area and a long table.
