A 70 acre private estate surrounds this enchanting villa and within its gardens and lawns an inviting infinity swimming pool complete with separate hydromassage area make it the perfect place to spend an unforgettable day.

Leading from the kitchen the lovely furnished patio with its large built-in stone barbecue is ideal for dining ‘al fresco’. The wooden beams that adorn the ceilings are painted in soft creamy white and the light and airy spacious living areas are elegantly furnished. Conero Golf Club, only 4 km from the villa, is perfect for those who love playing this enjoyable sport.

Conero Park is considered one of the most beautiful areas to be found along the Adriatic coast. Situated high on the coastline this vast environmental oasis which surrounds Mount Conero is characterized by the Mediterranean vegetation so typical of this uncontaminated area.

Absorb the rare beauty of the landscape while walking along one of the 18 woodland paths, or enjoy a drink in the sun on one of the small sandy beaches. Discover the historic and artistic treasures that this region has to offer its visitors, or spend an afternoon visiting some of the many wineries where you can taste the famous Rosso Conero. Two delightful small towns, Numana and Sirolo, can be found at the foot of the mountain. Here visitors can stroll along lovely streets overlooking the sea, relax under a sun shade on the long sandy beaches or enjoy a meal, in one of the delightful cliff top restaurants.
