The property’s rustic interior includes warm wood-beamed celings, solid wood tables, a wooden staircase, and spectacular ocean views. Relax ocean-side on multiple wooden platforms, then enjoy the barbecue and dining al fresco on a spacious, stone-paved terrace ground-level with the sea. You’ll have the best of both worlds—communing with nature in a modern, amenity-filled hideaway.

The interiors of both wings of Le Agavi are rustic and warm. On the ground floors of each apartment, there are spacious dining areas with fireplaces and fully equipped kitchens. All eight bedrooms, spread out over the first and second floors, have balconies with gorgeous sea views and all but four of the bedrooms have private bathrooms. The property has Jacuzzi tubs, satellite TV, and private parking on site. Table tennis and bicycles are available on request.

Le Agavi is a short distance away from a nearby nature reserve and the medieval village of Scopello, where you can sample traditional Sicilian “pane cunsato” and ice cream, enjoy the quaint restaurants and trattorie, and browse among the varied ceramic shops. The farmhouse is also in close proximity to a mini-golf camp and a horse riding club. Cooking lessons are available, and diving, boating, and fishing excursions can be arranged.

Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
