This beautifully refurbished traditional 17th century Perigourdian house enjoys a most beautiful position on the banks of the river Dordogne, with 200 metres of wooded river-front overlooking the Siorac bridge.

Before the bridge was built, this historic property served as the toll-post for the ferry crossing the river. Refurbishment has been done to a high standard, providing modern comforts whilst retaining its original character and charm. Le Noyer is set in 5 acres of grounds on the outskirts of Siorac, which offers a selection of shops, restaurants and bars. To the front of the property runs a quaint single track railway. Four trains per day chug along this line adding a touch of authentic French charm which will delight children and adults alike. Fishing enthusiasts can purchase a license from the village ' bar-tabac'. Other activities on offer in the area are cycling & mountain biking, golf, horse-riding, tennis, canoeing & kayaking, hot-air ballooning, ultra light airplanes, rock climbing and bird-watching. When you reach home at the end of an exhausting day's activity what better way to unwind than to sit on the pool terrace, glass of local wine in hand, and watch the sun set over the Siorac bridge.
