The house is about 800 sqm of habitable space. It has 5 bedrooms (three with mezzanines) that sleep 10 (18 including mezzanines). There is also a separate cottage with a fireplace, a queen size bedroom and bathroom with shower, toilet.

MAIN HOUSE 1st FLOOR:

• The entrance hall is a large room of 70m2 with 7m ceilings, stairs to 2nd.floor and mezzanine, door to garden and a WC.
• There is a closet from the hall, with separate compartments for golf-clubs.

• There is a large playroom in the house with mattresses, games, video games, etc

Outdoors:

The property is equipped with a tennis court and two swimming pools, one 7x23 ( infinity) and one for children (7x3)). Both pools are saltwater, not fenced, but with in-water alarms. There are 8 large sun beds, a beach volleyball court, a separate fully equipped fitness center with the latest machines, showers, and a sauna. There are also swings and trampoline for children.

Pool-house 2 (separate building 5) A fully equipped fitness room overlooking the pool area. Wall for rock-climbing for children + 26" LCD TV + Bathroom Two showers, toilet, washbasin and glass sauna

Pool area 6: There is an area covered with sandstone around the swimming pools, with 8 large custom-built sun beds (100x210) and large pillows (60x60) in each. A large covered (sail) lounge (seating 10) next to the swimming-pools.

Tennis court area 7 : Large tennis court in "beton poreux" with synthetic ground in two different greens, fenced by white stone walls. Elevated lounge area for spectators. Lights.

Garden/woods 8 : There are app. 5000 sqm of lawn (cut grass) on the property, ideal for sports. There is also a small wood and paths for walking. All fenced and with electric gates, and lighted at night. Water fountains. Fruit trees and flowers. Boulodrome with international measures and boules (balls) Covered parking for 10 cars, parking in total for 20 cars.

There are 4 new Babolat tennis rackets and new balls in the house. 4 new TRECmountain bikes and 2 KTM's (Quad) are at the clients disposal. We have 2 children tennis rackets and 3 children bikes

• You will find two restaurants (one pizzeria, and one gourmand (in Guide Michelin) and a pharmacy, bar/café (with baguettes and croissants), doctor, dentist and library
• Every Tuesday there is a food market in the village.
• The nearest large mall is about 10 minutes by car
• Rental of canoes and kayaks are close by as there are lots of rafting, body rafting, mountain climbing, cave exploration and hunting nearby
• Lots of vineyards in the near by area
• Golf courses in Uzes (20 min) and two in Nimes (25 and 35 min)
• International airports in Nimes (30 min), Montpellier (50 min), Marseille (1h20min).
