This house is in a residential neighborhood and it shares the automatic gate with another villa that is just nearby. The kitchen offers an American refrigerator, a dishwasher, an electrics stove and a round table for 4 people for dining and to share in the cooking experience. Located in the same area is a bar and two chairs. The living room is very large (62m2) with a provençal fireplace, 2 big sofas and two armchairs. There is a flat screen TV, a DVD player with HIFI. The dining room has an oval table and 8 wooden chairs. The kitchen, living room and dining room are formatted in a row that gives a spacious atmosphere to the rooms; this makes it really easy to circulate even when the house is full. By the garage there is are laundry facilites with a washing machine, dryer, an iron and ironing board.

The bedrooms are color coded as all 4 rooms are decorated with different colors to give each one an identity.

Outside In front of the house there is a shaded terrace of 40m2 with an outside kitchen and a fire place that can be used has a barbecue. The dining table is made of oak wood with two benches. Automatic watering keeps then garden green and you can turn on the lights outside during night time.

• Bedroom #2 is Red - located on the first floor is 19m2 with one bed x 160 and a 9m2 bathroom with a bath tub, a shower one hand basin and toilet
• Bedroom #3 is Blue - located on the first floor it is18m2 with tree beds x 90. The bathroom is 6m2 with a shower a hand basin and toilet.
• Bedroom #4 is Yellow - located on the first floor it is 18m2 also with tree beds x 90 and a private bathroom of 7.6m2 with a shower, two hand basins and toilet

Pool

• The swimming pool is protected by an alarm and there is a nice terrace with 2 sunshades made of bamboo and twelve sun chairs are available for sunbathing.

Staff

• Gardener and pool caretaker
• Housekeeping once a week, additional is on request and may be at an additional cost.
