San Valentino

For 180 degrees, the view is of valleys broken up by high hills in which distinctive, ancient villages are situated. A splendid spacious garden surrounds the villa, rich with a diversity of flowers and plants of various types. The property is completely fenced-in and to arrive at the villa there is a private 100 metres gravel road. A large brick pergola furnished for outside eating is attached to the house adjacent to the kitchen equipped with a big table for up to 16 people. The large pool and the pool house are at the back of the house. There is also a laundry room and a big stone oven. Inside the villa, lots of space has been dedicated to the living area, divided into rooms that are all accessible, one to the other. Around the villa there are many pathways for walking in the countryside.

Ground floor: Large living-dining room with fireplace, small living room with fireplace, small dining room connected to the kitchenette with fireplace, 1 small bathroom with shower. From the kitchen, direct access to the pergola detached from the villa. Direct access to the garden from every room of the ground floor, 1 guest bathroom, laundry room.

First floor: 1 twin bedroom, 1 twin bedroom suitable for children, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub and shower, 1 double bedroom with small terrace, 1 bathroom with bathtub/shower.

Outdoor: Pool house with bathroom, changing room and shower with hot and cold water.

The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
