The Beach Club

Located on the best part of Los Muertos Beach, the villas can be rented separately or together. When combined with Villa Verano, a 12-bedroom estate just above the Beach Club, groups of up to 44 may be graciously accommodated. The Beach Club also provides the flexibility of renting from 1–10 rooms. A full-time English-speaking concierge provides all guest services. Among the many world-class amenities, there is a fully air-conditioned gym, a club house, and beach service. Nestled in a tropical jungle, the Villas are separated and secluded from each other by dense, lush vegetation. Perched on the best part of Puerto Vallarta’s famous Los Muertos Beach, the Villas are far enough from the noise and commercial businesses, but just a 4 minute walk to all the shops, restaurants and lively night life. The ultimate in beachfront living, each Villa enjoys approximately 2,500 to 3,600 square feet of gracious, indoor-outdoor living, completely furnished and extravagantly equipped. Truly a unique and private paradise, the property is the only one of its kind on the entire Mexican Riviera. To enhance the solitude and tranquility of this paradise, only children over the age of 12 years are invited unless all the Villas are rented by the same party. Exceptions made by request.

Background

The Villas rest on the waterfront property of the renowned and respected Villa Verano. For over 23 years, catering to “Fortune 500” companies, celebrities, and international dignitaries, Villa Verano has been regarded as one of the finest vacation rental estates on the Mexican Riviera. Year after year, approximately 93 percent of its guests are repeat, an accolade that has been accomplished by only a very select few in the hospitality industry.

Though the Beach Club is under separate ownership from the acclaimed Villa Verano, the same superb service, incomparable location, and detailed management can be expected. The staff, personally trained at Villa Verano, surpasses the already elevated standards and reputation of the esteemed Villa. Many of the ideas and suggestions from its guests over the past 23 years are being utilized and integrated into the Beach Club, creating one of the most personalized private vacation resorts on the continent.

The Villas have been designed as a “green” resort, to respect the ecology and surrounding environment. No high rises or overdeveloping here—refreshing in a time where overbuilding is the norm. Instead, there is emphasis on maintaining the integrity of one of the last “beach front jungles” in Puerto Vallarta, with low density construction and mindfulness of nature and guest privacy.

The villas come completely furnished with custom designed interiors, one en suite master with king size bed, and two en suite bedrooms, one with king size bed and the other with a king that will convert to two twins.

Villa Romantica

The smallest, but most say "the coziest", of the club's villas. Commanding one of the most spectacular views on the Mexican Riviera. Three cozy view bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, private pool, barbecue, and your own charming houseboy. Daily housekeeping, your personal grocery shopper, on call chef, spa services, and a full time concierge are just a few of the superb amenities of PVBC.

Villa Vista

The club's largest villa of approximately 3600 sq. ft. of beachfront living. 4 Bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, this villa was designed to host a large group. If more than one villa is rented for that special occasion, family reunions, business groups, or just good friends wanting something other than a commercial hotel, the dining /game area can accommodate up to 35 guest for meal or meetings.

Villa Alegre

The "happy house" dedicated to the fun, famous, and gregarious vendors of the beach below. If you love to cook, this villa was designed for you. Your guests can enjoy watching you, the view or that big TV event on the large 42" plasma TV.

Rates below are per Villa per night, including house man, daily housekeeping (excluding Sunday) and Beach Club facilities and services. Rates do not include 18% Mexican IVA tax and additional services such as spa treatments, on-call chefs, and your personal grocery shopper. Villas Romantica & Alegre have 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, and will comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests. Villa Vista has 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Arrangements can be made for up to 2 more guests, at an additional charge.

Staff

• The staff is charming, well trained, and eager to please. They consist of three housemen, two maids, two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Their desire is to see that the guests have a wonderful stay.
• Please note that it is customary in Mexico for the staff to have half day Saturday and all day Sunday off. Therefore, special arrangements must be made in advance for Saturday evening or Sunday service, and additional charges may apply.
