Villa del Fattore

Villa del Fattore is a fine example of a Tuscan country house, situated at the heart of an outstanding 18th-century estate. The villa is set in a beautiful, floodlit park on the edge of a lush, wooded hill and surrounded by orchards and olive groves.

The front of the villa features a large lawn and spacious swimming pool, surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs and umbrellas. On both sides of the building are original patios in Tuscan stone where wrought-iron tables and chairs with cream umbrellas provide an elegant setting for a lunch.

The house itself has recently been restored to the highest standards while retaining itstraditional Tuscan character. Beautiful terracotta tiled floors and exposed beams adorn every room, and several of the downstairs living rooms have frescoed walls. As well as a lounge and satellite television, the first floor of the property boasts a formal dining room, fully equipped kitchen, two guest bathrooms and a beautiful internal conservatory where breakfast may be enjoyed. With ensuite facilities in every bedroom, Villa del Fattore offers the best of modern comforts and convenience in an elegant yet rustic setting.

Should you require further cleaning service it can be booked at the following prices (Please Note: 3 housekeepers are required):

• 1) Half day service Euro 1,200 per week (Price includes cleaning service daily with 3 housekeepers available 4 hours per day)
• 2) Full day service Euro 2,400 per week (Price includes cleaning service daily with 3 housekeepers available 8 hours per day)

All services are recommended to be booked at time of making the villa reservation in order to guarantee availability and prices. A non refundable 50% confirmation deposit is due at the time of booking.

Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
