Staff and Services
Villa Estrella's outstanding “Five Star” service will start from the moment you begin planning your trip to Costa Rica to the final good-bye at the end of the trip. Our staff consists of seven wonderful individuals including an on-site manager, chef and assistant chef, bartender/waiter/guest attendant, housekeeper, facility attendant, and night security guard. Management and staff will be available 24 hours a day to facilitate your stay in any way. Daily services include room cleaning; full meal service; computer, and internet services. In addition, infant and handicap support/access can be accommodated. They are focused on anticipating and responding to your every need!
Transportation: We will assist in any way possible to accommodate your specific transportation and guide requirements throughout the length of your stay at the Villa. In advance of your trip, we will work with you to customize a specific “package” that best meets the needs and desires of your group, including airport pick-up and drop-offs, local travel around Ocotal and Coco, and, of course, fun-filled excursions to any number of Costa Rica’s most exciting adventure spots. Meals: Your stay at Villa Estrella includes three wonderful meals each day prepared by our local Costa Rican chef. We will review the proposed menu with you in advance of your trip with a goal of customizing meal choices to your group's preferences, including special dietary needs and libation preferences. Location
- From its premier hilltop position, guests look out westerly over the warm blue waters of the Gulf of Papagayo, Monkey Rock and Witches Rock, Catalina and Bat Islands, and Snorkelingthe coastal peninsula on which the Four Seasons Resort is located. Look directly down at the Beach of Ocotal and you'll see the fishing and scuba charters pick up their passengers in the early morning and return in the mid-afternoon. To the north, east and south, enjoy the incredible views of volcanic mountains and nearby jungles. The Village of Coco, for example, is just five minutes away and it boasts a variety of restaurants and local shops. After sunset, Coco's nightlife comes alive with vibrant bars, discos, and even a casino.
