Villa Mandarinas is an architectural masterpiece cascading down six beautiful tiers of native vegetation, dramatic cliffs, and colorful gardens overlooking breathtaking views of Banderas Bay.

The villa consists of 7 bedrooms, 6 with king size beds, and one with 2 queen size beds. It comfortably sleeps a group of 14 adults − 16 total guests, including two young children. Villa Mandarinas is an oceanfront property located in the small community of Mismaloya, facing the Los Arcos National Park, and is just 15 minutes from Puerto Vallarta's downtown.

Soaring ceilings and joined great rooms open to terraces, bedrooms, landings, and patios throughout the house. The variety of windows, glass doors and open air views offer the sensation of a home that is truly married to the outside environment.

Villa Mandarinas' orientation to the Bay of Banderas allows guests unparalleled and unobstructed views of this tranquil setting, while at the same time allowing for complete privacy and security to the guests within.

All of the seven master bedrooms feature spectacular views of the bay, each with private terraces shaded by bamboo, gracefully complimenting the colors of the estate.

In the dining room, the chandelier illuminates the one of a kind sabino wood table carved from a single tree. 16 guests can sit at this amazing table, offering views over the infinity pool and across the bay to the islands in the distance.

Guests of Villa Mandarinas can arrive by land or sea. When you approach the estate by water, the home's earthy and vibrant colors draw your eye from miles away. A private beach on one side of the property balances itself against a spacious natural salt water pool on the other.

Experienced Staff includes General Manager, Night Manager, Chef, Breakfast Cook, Waiter, Housekeepers, and a Landscaper. Food service available for all 3 meals, 7 days a week.
