Named for the property’s original resident – a sloth who oversees things from his guarumo tree home – Villa Perezoso promises more than just a blissfully lazy vacation. This stunning, luxurious, 5-bedroom Balinese villa on four levels is the perfect setting for a large group to enjoy an unforgettable experience together. Located just four kilometers from the town of Quepos, our unique, airy estate is built into a tropical hillside, yet is just minutes from pristine beaches.

The suite (first) level includes the fabulous Grand Master Suite, with full bath, private deck, living area and a small yoga/meditation room looking out into the jungle. The two Master Suites also have private decks as well as full baths that open out with ocean views.

Capturing the essence of Balinese living, the second level features a large living room and dining room, gourmet kitchen, a large full bathroom and an entertainment room equipped with a 42" plasma TV and DVD player, plus a stereo. The large, wrap-around terrace has a plunge pool, cushioned Balinese teak lounge chairs and accommodates outdoor dining.

From the third level, to one, side, the endless ocean stretches out to the horizon, to the other, the outlying jungle. This level has two ensuite master bedrooms that offer magnificent ocean views, as do the open air living room and a second gourmet kitchen.

Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, DVD player, air conditioning, wireless internet connection and a closet with safe.

A circular staircase leads up to a spectacular loft on the upper (fourth) level of this luxurious Villa. In addition to its 360-degree windows and views, the loft opens to a spacious private sun terrace -- the perfect place to soak up a gorgeous sunset, gaze at the stars or relax in a Jacuzzi spa. To experience the bird's eye views fromthe sun terrace on is to capture the essence of Manuel Antonio.

With furnishings and accessories imported from Bali and designed specifically for the house, Villa Perezoso quietly exudes an air of elegance, warmth and comfort. The Villa has ceiling fans throughout.

The attention to detail at Villa Perezoso – from design and furnishings to the helpful attitude of our staff – is a reflection of our desire to assure comfort, convenience, relaxation and enjoyment. What makes us unique from other properties (and loved by our guests) is the service offered by our live in house manager/butler who is there to serve you with any and all of your needs. Most properties share house managers with other homes and live offsite. Villa Perezoso is also one of two properties in the area with a chef who is included with your stay. As witnessed by reading the testimonials, his excellent cooking, warm disposition and the fact that he takes care of all the shopping and clean up is treasured by our guests.

Villa Perezoso Chef Service:

One of the only villas in Manuel Antonio to offer a full time chef included with your stay, our outstanding chef is highly trained and will make your stay as relaxing and easy (and delicious!) as possible. Food is prepared to American standards, menus are selected by guests. Please note: Only cash accepted for payment of grocery bills. No credit cards or personal checks.
