Each year, our family gets together over the Thanksgiving holiday in a warm location outside the continental U.S. We have been fortunate to stay in some truly lovely homes. This one surpasses them all.
We (8 adults and 2 children) stayed at Villa Sirena for a week over the Thanksgiving holiday and will definitely be coming back. Words fail in trying to describe this stunning property. And as beautiful as they are, the pictures simply don't (and can't) do it justice. This home is breathtaking and its caretakers are kind, professional, and thorough without being obtrusive. Every room, excluding the theatre room, has an unobstructed view of the ocean and the living room boasts nearly floor to ceiling windows (which provide a truly panoramic view of Pedregal, the beach, and the Pacific Ocean). The hot tub and two pools also overlook the ocean and Pedregal beach. The kitchen and bathrooms are all well-appointed and thoughtfully laid out. It's clear the owners have spent considerable time here and despite its size and grandeur, Villa Sirena truly feels like a warm and welcoming home.
Although this was our first time in Cabo San Lucas and we had every intention of spending more time exploring the area, we found ourselves mostly hanging out at the house, playing tennis, swimming and BBQ'ing at the outdoor pagoda. We had plenty of room and enough varied entertainment/activities to suit us all. And to top it all off, the owners are SUCH sweet, down-to-earth people and were a pleasure to work with.
As much as I'm going to hate the competition for dates, I cannot recommend this vacation home more highly. Your friends and family will be blown away.
