Villa Tiziana

Villa Tiziana is a multi-level home that offers plenty of outdoor space and features a large garden and pool set on a terrace.

Entrance to Villa Tiziana leads into a very large living room furnished with leather sofas and tables, ideal for relaxing or staying together indoors. From the living room there is also access into the dining room with a large wooden dining table and fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, a sliding glass door gives access onto a terrace which also has a covered area. This terrace offers a great view onto the Sea towards Ischia Porto and has tables and chairs. 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms are also located on the ground floor.

The large master bedroom features a sofa area and access by a glass door onto a private terrace which looks over the Bay of Ischia Porto and the Sea. On this floor there is also a studio area with a writing desk and a computer with internet connection.

Pool

  • A terrace is furnished with two outdoor tables with 10-12 seats and there are comfortable sun lounge chairs and umbrellas

Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
