The five queen bedrooms arrayed on the ground and first floors all have en suite bathrooms. All of the bedroom suites (two on each floor) also include an individual living room with a sofa bed and kitchen area. The modern kitchen and large, elegant dining room are located in an adjacent annex. There is a spacious, well-appointed pool; multiple lounge areas; a majestic pool house with a large bar; an indoor lounge area; and two bathrooms with showers just behind the villa.

Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
