Five Tides Villa

Villa Overview

Set along the shores of Sandy Hill Bay, Anguilla, Five Tides commands an elevated coastal position, with sweeping views across the Caribbean Sea towards the neighbouring islands of Saint Martin and St. Barths. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame the surrounding seascape, drawing natural light into the interiors and creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. Terraces for dining and lounging extend the living spaces into the open air, while the beach lies just a two-minute walk away.

At the heart of the outdoor spaces, a heated infinity pool invites leisurely afternoons beneath the Caribbean sun, its waters complementing the expansive ocean views. The surrounding terrace offers ample room to relax, while the outdoor dining area sets the scene for unhurried meals in the fresh sea air, from sunlit breakfasts to intimate evening gatherings as the sky softens over the horizon.

Inside, generous glazing enhances the villa’s bright, open atmosphere, allowing the ever-changing coastal landscape to become an integral part of the living experience. Five bedrooms and five bathrooms provide comfortable accommodation for families and groups travelling together, with inviting spaces to retreat to after a day exploring Anguilla’s celebrated beaches and turquoise waters.

For moments of entertainment at home, a dedicated golf simulator offers an engaging alternative to time spent by the pool or sea. Combining panoramic Caribbean views, thoughtfully designed indoor-outdoor living, and a prime position just moments from the shoreline, Five Tides is an inviting private retreat from which to experience the natural beauty and laid-back sophistication of Anguilla.
