Situated on the first floor of the second block of units titled ‘Palmetto’, Royal Apartment 224 features an open plan living area and a four-seater dining area. The main living space flows out onto the private covered terrace offering the option to dine on the terrace or lounge and relax.
All bedrooms are ensuite and offer the option of air-condition or ceiling fans. The first guest bedroom, just off the main entrance, provides two twin beds. The second guest bedroom; furnished with a queen-sized bed also provides an intimate terrace perfect for enjoying an early morning coffee or quiet afternoon read. The master suite, located just off the main living area, provides access to the main patio and also enjoys distant views of the coast.
In addition, Royal Apartment 224 offers social golf privileges which allow each guest of the
villa to purchase up to four rounds of golf per annum. Guests will be allowed entrance to the 18-hole championship golf course between 10:00 AM and 11:00 AM, Sunday to Friday.
