Villa Overview
The amenities of Holetown are just 5 minutes away by car and guests have the benefit of private beach access at the Fairmont Royal Pavilion Hotel. As soon as the electric security gates reveal the attractive elevations of Seabreeze with port cochere entrance you know you have arrived somewhere very special.
Via the arched entrance you are met with a picture perfect sea view through the reception room and over the swimming pool beyond. The ground floor includes an air conditioned media / library room, large family / reception room, modern and fully equipped kitchen and the social heart of the villa, a large bar with bar stools and adjacent lounge area.
The large sun deck and swimming pool are bordered either side by tropical plants and large luxury sun loungers. The four en-suite bedrooms on the lower level all have easy access to the pool and outside areas via an enchanting indoor outdoor corridor.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated BBQ area along with a dining room perfect for relaxed meals with family and friends. A wide staircase takes you up to the spacious master suite with his and her bathrooms and dressing rooms. The master bed is perfectly positioned to enjoy the amazing sea views and a private terrace also provides that special place to enjoy a quiet morning or evening sunset.
There is also a gym on the lower level with free weights and cardio equipment. The villa comes complete with housekeeping, beach towels, fast speed internet and cable TV. All bedrooms include ceiling fans, AC and en-suite bathrooms.
