It features a custom pool and spa with tanning shelf and infinity edge, surrounded by lounge chairs, umbrellas and other seating options. The fun continues on the pickleball court, the 5-hole putting green, or with some cornhole! Relax in the evenings in the outdoor living room with fire pit and heaters.

The open concept floorplan has over 4200 square feet to kick back and relax with your group. The great room has comfortable seating and looks out to the pool yard. The gourmet kitchen features high end appliances, gas range, double ovens, and ample counter space. Indoor dining seating for 28 - at the oversized island with 6 seats, second island for 6, kitchen table for 4, and formal dining room for 8. Fabulous bar with prep island and sink, wine fridge and seating for 4. Media room with seating and a TV.

The Primary Suite has a King bed, private doors to the yard and flatscreen TV. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, a beautiful soaking tub and shower. Attached salon with 2 chairs, mirrors and sink. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed and ensuite bath with shower. This bathroom has outdoor pool access. Bedroom 3 has a King bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite bath with shower. Bedroom 4 has 2 Queen bunk beds for a total of 4 Queens, and uses the hall full bathroom with shower, adjacent next to the room.

Close to restaurants, golf, tennis, hiking and shopping. 2 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, home of the BNP Paribas Tournament. 6 miles to world famous El Paseo shopping district, 8 miles to the festival grounds, home of Coachella and Stagecoach. Or you can go directly to Interstate 10 and head to Palm Springs, casinos, and other Coachella Valley locations.
