Villa Overview

Outdoors, the spectacular yard is completely walled and gated for privacy, and is perfectly space planned, with everything you need to truly get away from it all. Infinity pool and spa surrounded by luxury lounge chairs, seating and umbrellas. Lighted pickleball court, firepit, outdoor dining for 20, built in BBQ, and 2 golf carts for getting around the grounds.

Indoor living is spread across three buildings - the Villa, Bungalow, and Casita. The Villa contains the Primary Suite and two more King ensuite bedrooms. The Primary Suite features a King bed, sitting area with TV, gas fireplace, and walk in closet with washer and dryer. The French doors to the terrace overlooks the pool, pond and out to the mountains. The en suite bathroom is simply stunning, with a soaking tub and shower with dual rainfall shower heads. Villa Suites 2 and 3 each have their own private entrance, King bed, flatscreen TV and en suite bathroom.

The Villa also features a Great Room, Media Room, indoor/outdoor bar and a Game Room with billiards and shuffleboard. Upstairs and downstairs wraparound terraces with misters to relax and enjoy the incredible views. A luxuriously outfitted chef's kitchen as well as indoor dining for 20 make meals at the Villa an event everyone will enjoy.

The 3 bedroom Bungalow provides a King Primary Suite with private doors to the patio, flatscreen TV and en suite bath. A Queen bedroom with flatscreen TV, private doors to the yard and access to the Jack and Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third Guest Bedroom has 2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin beds, flatscreen TV, private door to the yard and access to the Jack and Jill bath. The Bungalow has its own kitchen, living room, fireplace, half bath, and laundry room. It has a covered terrace, outdoor dining for 8, BBQ and lush gardens.

Across the pool from the Villa, and just in front of the pond, sits the 2 bedroom Casita. Each has a Queen bed and en suite bathroom.

Located in the exclusive Cahuilla Hills area of Palm Desert with El Paseo just a couple miles away. Theaters, spas, hiking trails, golf courses and tennis are also close by. Our other desert cities are just a short drive. Palm Springs is few miles West. Or take Highway 111 East to Indian Wells home of the BNP Paribas Open or the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival in Indio.
