Villa Overview

The resort style grounds feature a pool and spa surrounded by chaise lounges, daybeds, umbrellas and mature olive trees. Other amenities include a 10-hole putting green, pickleball and basketball courts, firepit, along with perfectly curated outdoor living, kitchen and dining spaces. Chef's kitchen, butler's kitchen, wet bar, dining areas, living room, game room, office, and 6 bedroom suites. Outdoors, the pool area features a large pool with tanning deck, spa, outdoor shower, and plenty of poolside lounge chairs and umbrellas. The massive covered patio has an outdoor living room with seating and a TV, and dining table with seats for 12. The outdoor kitchen has bar seating for 5, table seating for 10, TV, and a built-in BBQ, sink and prep areas. The sports area has a pickle ball court and basketball hoop with a covered viewing area, and a 10-hole putting area complete with breaks and mini bunkers for an extra challenge.  The grounds are perfectly curated with the perfect mix of shade and sun, and plenty of space to spend time with your group, or step away for some alone time.

The Main House has a free flowing floorplan and walls of glass that look out to the poolside paradise. The chef's kitchen has high end appliances, gas range, full butler's kitchen with oven, sink and prep areas, large center island with seating for 8 at the wraparound bar, an intimate dining nook, and a formal dining area with seating for 10.

The great room has comfortable seating, TV and a showpiece fireplace. Upstairs, the office has a desk, seating, and bathroom. It looks out to the mountains and has a sliding glass door to step out and enjoy the view.

A few steps from the Main House you'll find the Lounge Casita. It has a pool table, foosball table, kitchen, living room, TV and private bathroom. It looks out to both the pool and the sports complex.

The Main House has four of the Guest Bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom. The Primary Suite is extremely private and has a King bed, fireplace, TV, walls of glass opening up to the mountains, pool, and a private outdoor retreat. The en suite bathroom has a unique, walk-in soaking tub, shower with dual rainfall showerheads, and walk-in closet.
The Junior Primary Suite has a King bed, fireplace, TV, walls of glass opening up to the pool, and en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower.

Suite 3 has a King bed, TV, and en suite bath with a large walk in shower. Suite 4 is upstairs, and features 2, Twin over Queen bunk beds, living room, TV, and en suite bathroom with shower.

Suites 5 and 6 are in the private Guest Casita, on the opposite side of the pool. Suite 5 has a King bed, TV, sliding doors to the pool, and en suite bath with a walk in shower. Suite 6 has 2 Queen beds, TV, sliding doors to the pool, and en suite bath with a walk in shower.
