Outdoors, the backyard retreat is walled and gated for privacy and is perfectly space planned with all the amenities you want on vacation. At the center of the yard is the pool and integrated spa. Kick back on the poolside lounge chairs or in the covered living area. Gas firepit. Outdoor dining table for 4 and a BBQ grill for al fresco meals.
The interiors are open concept with walls of glass and fine furnishings throughout. The great room features a TV, comfortable seating, fireplace, and views to the outdoors. The dining room has seating for 8. The contemporary kitchen features high end appliances, gas range, quartz countertops, and a large island with seating for 4.
The Master Suite features a King bed, TV and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors to a private patio with lounge chairs. The en suite bath has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The second suite has a King bed, TV, sliding doors to another patio, and en suite bath with a tub and separate shower. Additional guest powder bathroom.
