Villa Overview
A 3-sided fireplace warms the air between the great room and kitchen, creating both separation and a cozy ambiance. Plenty of windows let in lots of natural light and beautiful wooded and mountain views. Cooks will enjoy a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, large farmers sink and a roomy island/bar with seating for 6, along with a sunny breakfast nook. An elegant dining area nearby will be a great gathering place for guests and home-cooked meals.
Off the kitchen is a spacious deck with seating a grilling area and plenty of nature and views. A gorgeous primary king suite is on the main level with its stone gas fireplace, upper deck access, and ensuite bath with soaking tub and luxury touches. A queen suite with an ensuite is also on the upper level and shares the same fantastic views.
Retreat to the lower-level family room to relax on a wrap-around sectional couch and watch movies on a large projection TV. A pool and ping pong table and wet bar make this room the place to be on game night with the family.
From here, exit to the hot tub for some star gazing and family fun. Located on Peak 7 with easy access to town for convenience, but far enough away for the privacy you were looking for on your mountain vacation.
