Villa Overview
On the main level is a spacious and inviting great room with cathedral ceilings, comfortable couches, a large TV, and a two-sided fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring mountain views inside and add passive solar heat to this mountain modern space.
A lovely kitchen has granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a six-burner gas cooktop, a center island, and bar seating for three onlookers. An adjacent dining room area seats six, just the place to catch up over family meals.
After dinner, head out to the deck for a relaxing soak in the hot tub after a day of adventure.
On the main level is the primary suite, with a king bed, TV, and fireplace. Enjoy the luxurious ensuite with jetted tub, double bowl sinks, and a walk-in shower. Across the hall is a second king suite with a desk to catch up on some work as needed.
Venture to the upper level where the kids can find their own hangout. The kid’s room has its very own sofa and large TV. In addition, it sleeps up to six with one full bed, one twin, and one twin over full bunk - making for the perfect retreat. The final bedroom on this level is a queen room with a shared hall bath.

Lazy Bear is minutes to Breckenridge’s iconic Main Street, the Breck Free Ride, and the main station gondola. You can either walk an easy 10 minutes to shopping and restaurants or a 15-minute walk to the gondola. Should you feel like riding more than walking, the nearest free shuttle route is a quick four-minute walk to the Goldflake Terrace, Purple Route B, with the Breck Free Ride.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April.
For groups who require more sleeping, rent one of our other luxury properties, Inglenook, with Lazy Bear, for a combined sleeping of 27. They are less than half a mile from one another and create the perfect opportunity for larger gatherings.
Resort fee: 15%.
Cleaning fees: $875 plus tax for 3 night stay. $155 per night for stays of 4 nights or more.
Please add 5% service charge during Christmas/ New Year's.
