The Breck Connect gondola is steps away for a ride up the mountain or down to the charming historic town of Breckenridge. Peek out of either bedroom to see how much powder fell overnight or which slopes are freshly groomed. From the balcony off the main living area, you look right down at the base area that’s a hub of activity all year round.
The residence is beautifully renovated with contemporary furnishing and sleek fixtures and appliances. An open concept living, dining, and kitchen area has cathedral ceilings and natural light streams in through the wall of windows. There’s a cozy sitting space to gather around the fireplace, a dining table for six and high-end kitchen appliances with a bar counter that seats three guests.
The primary king suite has plenty of natural light, a TV, and a private bath with double vanity and separate tub and shower. On the opposite side of the main living space is the second bedroom that has a queen bed and one twin bed. The attached bathroom features a double vanity and shower and is also accessible from the main living area. Both bedrooms have TVs. For guests’ convenience there is a stackable washer and dryer, air conditioning, and parking for one vehicle in an underground garage.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Town of Breckenridge also offers a complimentary shuttle to all winter guests at this property. Operations run from mid-November through mid-April.
