Located 2-minutes from downtown, this ski-n, ski-out condo-walk across quiet street offers incredible views of Mt. Baldy and the Breckenridge ski area. Great for winter sports enthusiasts, you and your guests can hop right on the bus line located in this neighborhood or take advantage of the on-site parking to explore town. And when the snow melts, there's still plenty to do! Try hiking, mountain biking, or any number of other outdoor activities—like visiting Isak Heartstone, the 15-foot-tall wooden troll sculpture. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 2-story condo has everything you need and more, year-round.

Upon entering Snowflake Overlook, you’ll be delighted by the spacious open floor plan and vaulted ceilings, but undoubtedly, the best features of the great room are the nearly floor-to-ceiling windows that allow you to take in the stunning surroundings from every angle. Relax and cozy up on the leather couch and two armchairs after a long day on the slopes, all situated around a fireplace designed in the classic style of a freestanding wood stove.
