In the 5th Street Penthouse, you’ll be steps from local dining, shopping, hot springs, the Yampa River, rodeo grounds, and a short shuttle ride to the ski resort in winter. Modern finishes and chic furnishings create a cozy, light-filled sanctuary right in the middle of Steamboat’s events and festivals.
The entry foyer on the ground level leads upstairs to a single-level layout where the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas create a spacious central gathering spot for entertaining, relaxing, and conversation. Large windows offer views of Emerald Mountain and Howelsen Hill, while the living area features a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV.
The gourmet kitchen includes a large island, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. The adjacent dining table seats eight, complemented by a bar cabinet with a built-in wine fridge. Outside, the expansive private balcony is the perfect setting for al fresco dinners with a grill, dining seating for six, and fresh mountain air.
The primary suite features a king bed, TV, walk-in closet, desk, balcony access, and an ensuite bath with a double vanity, soaking tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, balcony access, and easy use of a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
Additional amenities include air-conditioning, a Sonos sound system, an in-home workout space with weights, and a stackable washer and dryer. Ideal for up to four guests, this residence offers the perfect blend of comfort and walkable downtown access.

4-wheel drive vehicle recommended in winter.
There is space available for one vehicle in the garage and one outdoor space in a neighboring building.
This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
Fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home has a noise decibel monitoring device and an exterior security camera.
Resort Fee: 16% plus tax.
Cleaning Fee 1-3 nights: one time fee of $345 plus tax.
Cleaning Fee 4-29 nights: $86 plus tax per night.
