Here, you can relax in front of the impressive gas fireplace and enjoy magnificent views of the picturesque Steamboat Ski Resort and Yampa Valley through the floor to ceiling windows. The comfortable living room is the perfect spot to take in the big game, gather with friends or watch a movie. The expansive wrap-around deck offers the ultimate view over the surroundings and is a great place to sneak away for your morning coffee or al fresco summer dining. Take advantage of the large outdoor gas grill which is ideal for cooking up a fresh meal in a hurry for your big group.

The fully equipped kitchen with unique countertops, custom cabinetry, and reclaimed oak wood floors offers every chef all they could want. Appliances include refrigerator, Wolf gas range, and oven. Sonos speakers throughout the house help you set the mood for any cuisine.

Adjacent to the kitchen and living room with to-die-for views and the three-sided fireplace, is an 8-person dining table & bar to relax or watch your chef prepare dinner.

The five bedrooms are both spacious and cozy with a truly modern feel. On the main level, the master bedroom with king bed, incredible views, and a large walk-in closet is the perfect luxury couple’s retreat. The private en suite bathroom includes double vanities, steam shower, and large soaking tub. Four bedrooms are found on the lower level with a chic yet comfortable family room and coffee bar. One of the bedrooms has a modern king bed and a private bathroom. There is yet another king bedroom with an en suite bathroom. The bunk room with two twin beds shares a bathroom with the final king bedroom on the lower level. All bedrooms include TVs with Hulu and Roku for your convenience.

The family room on the lower level offers additional space for relaxation, but also family fun and games. Outside is a patio area with a private hot tub that has views that aren’t to be missed, plus, the soothing of sore muscles after a day on the slopes, snowshoeing or hiking Fish Creek Falls is a must. There is an additional game table and beverage refrigerator with an espresso machine so any desire can be addressed.

The villa includes everything you would expect from a luxury home, including free WiFi, plush towels and luxurious bathrobes. The spacious 1-car garage offers plenty of space to store all your gear. Access to the slopes is easy with the on-call ski shuttle which picks up right from your doorstep and takes only ten minutes to reach the ski trails and Gondola Square, so renting a car is not necessary for winter.
