Villa Overview
Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this four-bedroom residence is a short shuttle ride to the ski resort in winter and has easy connections to a network of biking and walking trails in summer.
The main living area is on the second level of the home where cathedral ceilings and tall windows let the light flood in. Relax in front of the fireplace or step out to the deck for a soak in the private hot tub.
Chefs will enjoy preparing meals in the well-equipped gourmet kitchen, which boasts high-end appliances, a generous island, a wine refrigerator, and beautiful wood cabinetry. Serve up and gather around the dining table that seats eight. In summer, carry those dishes outdoors for al fresco meals on the deck, with a table for eight, and a gas grill.
The primary king bedroom completes this main level and opens out to its own private deck surrounded by aspen trees. This cozy retreat has an ensuite bathroom with a steam shower and double vanity. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower located off the living area.
On the lower level, there are three comfortable and beautifully appointed bedrooms, all with queen beds. Two share a bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo and double vanity. The third bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk shower.
The garage entrance is on the lower level. Guests step right into a large mudroom with a washer and dryer. The home also enjoys air-conditioning. There is parking for one vehicle only in the garage, with space for two more vehicles in the driveway.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.
Fully stocked with paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap), and detergents (dish, dishwasher, and laundry) as well as clean bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with aluminum foil, plastic wrap, trash bags, sponges, soap, salt and pepper, coffee, tea, Nespresso, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and standard small appliances.
This home has a noise decibel monitoring device and an exterior security camera.
Resort Fee: 16% plus tax.
Cleaning Fee 1-3 nights: one time fee of $825 plus tax.
Cleaning Fee 4-29 nights: $235 plus tax per night.
