Located on the ground floor you have convenient access right up to the ski school gathering area and Kids Vacation Center. You are also just down the hall from the family game room and Little Tykes playroom, which will keep all the kids, young and old, in your group happy.

The inviting open-plan layout provides an enjoyable and relaxing living and entertaining space. The centerpiece of the living room is the beautiful gas fireplace where your family or group can gather to re-live the days adventures, or take in a movie on the large flat screen TV.

The iconic gourmet One Steamboat Place kitchen is equipped with Viking appliances and everything the most discerning chef can ask for, including a built-in Viking grill on the patio. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three on the kitchen island.  When it is time to move the conversations to the dinner table, you will find seating for 10 around a large beautifully crafted table.

All One Steamboat Place residences feature rich colors, natural textures and sumptuous fabrics throughout. The master bedroom offers a gas fireplace and TV. The main master bath has a steam shower and Jacuzzi tub. In this residence the second bedroom offers a king bed with private bath. The third bedroom features two sets of twin bunk beds with a private bathroom next door.

Enjoy all the Timbers Resorts signature touches throughout One Steamboat Place, including exquisite gathering areas and one of the most beautiful day spas in the West. One Steamboat Place also has a state-of-the-art fitness facility, motion studio, pool and hot tubs, family game room, and a Little Tykes playroom for the younger kids. With complimentary continental breakfast and après ski, ski valet and on-call local shuttle, the private residences at One Steamboat Place have defined the first-class experience in Steamboat.

Amenities such as the pool, fitness center, spa, and motion studio continue to be available with modified protocols in place to safely manage their use by appointment. For summer 2020 and winter 2020/2021 reservations, food and beverage service is not offered at this time. On-call local shuttle is still offered with limits on occupants in place.
