Villa Overview

This unique home was meticulously sited and designed to create an immersive experience with nature, tucked into an aspen grove on the sunny side of Telluride’s famed boxed canyon. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls on every floor provide breathtaking views of Bridal Veil Falls to the east, the towering face of the canyon to the south, and the top of Telluride’s ski slopes to the west.

With a minimalist design and thoughtfully considered elements from the furniture to the cedar ceiling planks and recessed lighting, every aspect of this artfully curated home was designed to create a seamless edge between where the home ends and nature begins. And yet, the house is only one mile from downtown Telluride, with its wonderful restaurants, shops, and gondola. Town is easily reached in all seasons by walking along the beautiful Idarado Trail built along the San Miguel River.

Seamless Edge Fis comprised of three seamless edge glass pavilions stepped into the mountainside. The lower tier has a spacious guest room with corner views of Bridal Veil Falls, a cozy bunk room, and its own sitting/media room. A ski locker room off of the garage provides private lockers for each guest. The second floor was designed as the primary lounging and entertaining space. The open floor plan includes a lounge area centered on a gas fireplace, a dining area, a second sitting area that opens onto a large terrace, a breakfast table, a beautiful kitchen with walnut cabinetry and leathered quartzite counters, and an island.

Enjoy the expansive terrace with its gas grill, fire pit, and dining table. A short path from the terrace leads to the cedar hot tub nestled in the aspens, the perfect spot to listen to the birds and watch local families of elk and deer make their daily treks. On the top floor, the primary bedroom holds the corner view comprised of two glass walls that deliver the magical experience of sleeping under the stars, surrounded by mountains, from the warmth and comfort of your own bed. This floor has two additional guest rooms and a yoga room all with sweeping views opening onto a terrace. Retreat to this oasis to bask in the quaking aspens, colorful wildflowers, and views of the famous Bridal Veil Falls from every angle in the vast multi-level terraces.
