The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
The maximum number of cars at the property is 1.
One parking space in the See Forever parking garage is included with this home. If bringing additional vehicles, these can be parked overnight at the self-pay parking garages nearby in Mountain Village.
Smoking is strictly prohibited at this property.
Animals may be allowed with prior approval and accompanying non-refundable fee.
Shipping packages and ski gear to the home is not permitted. Shipping to our local address is available upon request for $25 / package and $50 for larger items. Please reach out to a Villa Specialist for more information.

Guest Departure Cleaning Fee: $1,500
Meet and Greet: $150
Pet cleaning is $150 plus $50 / day per dog and will be added to the reservation after approval.
