The location of this home in the hills of Los Sueños Resort provides both privacy and panoramic ocean views and is within minutes to all amenities.

Attention to detail has been given to every aspect of this fantastic retreat which overlooks the Herradura bay, pacific ocean, and primary rain forest reserve.

Casa Pacifica has an upstairs “gathering” game room with vaulted bamboo ceilings, a great bar, and 50-inch plasma TV. This room has a great view of the Herradura Bay and features a custom pool table and other game tables.

The kitchen with wood and stone accents is fully-equipped, including SubZero and Wolf appliances, a 48-inch refrigerator, and a wine and beer cooler.

The downstairs, very private master bedroom offers a stone tub and dual showerheads. Upstairs, you'll find four additional master bedrooms all with adjoining baths. All five bedrooms have 50-inch plasma TVs.

The garden includes a large pool and hot tub for 10 people. Outside dining off the main dining area, with beautiful rain forest and bay views.

The floor plan has five master bedrooms, five bathrooms, and two half-baths.
