Please note that the Villa Mariana chef is the only chef allowed on the property
Saturday changeover
Chef services include up to two meals per day for six days of your week-long stay (cost of food is extra):
Up to 8 guests (over the age of 2) - $600 for Chef Cristopher
9 + guests (over the age of 2) - $850 for Chef Cristopher plus a chef's assistant; this is required for more than 8 guests for the best experience
Christmas and New Years weeks - $1,000 regardless of the number of guests
Guests determine the chef's full day off (which must be Sunday through Friday)
Chef cut-off times to order meals: breakfast) no later than 8pm the night before; lunch) no later than 9am the day of; dinner) no later than 2pm the day of

Please add 13% tax to all rates
Rates shown above include the main house for up to 8 guests. Additional guests are $50 per person, per night plus tax. (12 guest maximum)
If guests would like to also rent the guest house during the requested times, the additional guest fee (above) is overridden by a $300 per night fee for use of the guest house.
If the guest house is rented by the group, the maximum number of guests allowed on property is 16 total, regardless of ages of guests.
