A full-sized gas grill completes the exterior package. The bonus area just by the pool offers a ping pong table complete with TV.

From the screened in porch leads a staircase to the pool area that will make everybody in the family happy. Plenty of seating, sun loungers and a bar invite to hang out and bask in the Florida sunshine. If you prefer shade, a pool umbrella covers one end of the pool with a shallow area to rest, refresh and relax. A spa offers additional water fun amid palm trees galore. Have a cocktail after your day at the beach or prepare the catch of the day on the outdoor grill by the pool. If you look for more activity, challenge your fellow vacationers to a round of ping pong in the ground level bonus area while watching your favorite sport show.
