In addition to custom-designed 8-bedroom villas with private pools and premier in-house amenities, guests of each villa can enjoy direct access to the ocean, a brand-new resort pool with lounge seating and facilities, as well as an expansive marina and a stunning bike trail. 

You and your guests will find it easy to unwind in these gorgeous, neutral-hued living spaces where Florida sun streams through the windows. Sink into the plush, pillow-strewn sectional sofa and reconnect, or watch a game on the big-screen TV. At mealtimes, gather at the roomy, contemporary dining table under an artful chandelier…and toast to the good life. You'll find a large dining table with 10 seats, set below trendy chandelier, two spacious sectionals with round rugs and coffee tables, and a mounted TV for playing movies or favorite shows. 

The sparkling black-and-white kitchen, stocked with essential culinary gear and gadgets, is a chef’s dream. While dinner simmers, lounge at the kitchen island with stools, lit by chic modern accent lighting. You'll find 3 island counter stools, French door refrigerator with freezer drawer, stove with 4 burners and range hood, dishwasher, pots and pans, cutting boards, baking dishes, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and electric hand mixer. 

Step outside to enjoy your sun-and-fun oasis, making a splash with your guests in the refreshing pool. Eat alfresco at the shaded table, where everything tastes better in the salty sea air. You'll find a pool (23' x 12'), outdoor grill, patio table with 8 chairs, and outdoor pool safety fence. 

Made for sweet dreams, six of the bedrooms bring the outdoors in with sand-and-surf tones and soothing blue textural wall details. Or choose from two whimsical themed bedrooms—a pink palace for little fashionistas, and a star-studded lair for wannabe astronauts (they can even sleep in a spaceship!) You'll find 2 themed bedrooms, 5 bedrooms with kind-sized beds, 1 bedroom with 2 full-sized beds, 2 Jack and Jill style shared bathrooms, 4 ensuite bathrooms, and dedicated workspaces. 

Get swept into the tides of good times thanks to this villa’s incredible custom features, including a galaxy-themed private movie theater, a cozy karaoke room for nights to remember, arcade games, and more. You'll find a garage-turned-private movie theater with 11 ultra-plush seats, 85" TV with Sonos arc sound bar and subwoofer, a golf cart garage, a karaoke room with luxe seating, stylish decor, and a mini stage with a microphone to belt out all your favorite tunes, a game loft with Pac-Man Pixel Bash, and a stunning ocean mural that brings a taste of nature into your home.
