The sun shelf makes it easy for small children to enjoy the pool as well. There is plenty of seating around the pool for all to enjoy the warm Florida sunshine. 

This home offers a grilling station complete with a gas grill, small fridge and bar area with seating for three guests to enjoy.  

The main level, on the second level, offers a spacious open floor plan. The living room features comfortable seating, a 55" smart TV and sliders to the ocean view, wrap around balcony. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counter tops and all your cooking essentials including a crock pot, drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, and kettle. The dining room offers seating for four with additional seating at the kitchen counter for four.

Also located on the main level is the master suite. The spacious master features a king size bed, 50" smart TV, office space with a desk, private master bath with dual sinks, jetted tub and walk-in shower. The master suite also offers sliders to the balcony overlooking the pool area.

The first level of this home features two bedrooms and one full bath. The second bedroom features a king size bed, 32" smart TV, large walk-in closet and sliders to the pool view balcony. The third bedroom, perfect for families traveling with children, features two sets of bunk beds (four twins), large walk-in closet and sliders to the wrap around balcony overlooking the pool. The full bath features a walk-in shower.

The Salt Life Pool Home offers two outside showers to help wash the sand from your toes. One is a private enclosed shower and the other, surfboard shower, is located by the pool area.

This home offers all the comforts of home including WiFi, free long distance within the US and Canada, a full size washer/dryer, books, board games, beach towels, and all your linens are supplied. Cable TV is included, and the smart TVs do allow for streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, etc.  

The 2-car garage with 4-vehicle max. Additional vehicles are subject to tow at renter's expense. Houses the bicycles, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards, cooler and a beach buggy to pull those items to the beach.

For those traveling with children, this home offers a high chair, safety gate for the stairs and beach toys for the beach.
