With a new 70-foot dock, this vacation home is a boaters paradise (the lift is not usable but guests can tie a boat to the dock). Wide canals line this home, perfect for any boat. Whether you’re sailing or boating all day or only for a few hours, this is the perfect place to dock your craft and call home for your vacation. With 140 feet of frontage and only 12 minutes to the Ponce Inlet, you’ll be out on the water in no time. A boat dock with electricity and water are also great for easy cleanup after your day at sea.
The 3 bedrooms in this home are cozy and spacious, providing refuge after a day in the sun. The master bedroom has a king bed along with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom and patio access. The first guest bedroom has a full bed while the other has a queen. Each guest bedroom is perfect for the friends and family that join on your spectacular vacation. The living spaces here are also open, spacious and filled with gorgeous natural light. The living room features a large wraparound couch, huge flat-screen TV, along with gorgeous views of the pool and patio. Catch up on your favorite TV shows or simply curl up with a book and relax here. The soaring ceilings in the living room, kitchen, and master bedroom create a spacious feel that you can’t get anywhere else.
The kitchen here is also perfect for any chef in your family! Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and upgraded cabinetry outline the kitchen. Great for late-night snacks or holiday meals, you’ll be able to cook up anything and everything. Skylights allow natural light into the kitchen too. Not only that but you can head out to the patio where you’ll find a propane grill for all of your family barbeque needs! From hotdogs to steaks, you’ll be able to make it all right here.
The amenities in this home are perfect for a beach vacation! First, the gorgeous heated pool and spa are where you’ll spend all day soaking up the sun. Hop in and cool off after a long day of boating too. With southern exposure, you’ll get sun all day along with gorgeous nightly sunsets. There are also 3 adult bikes that you can use to explore the beautiful community.

Public Boat Ramp: Ponce De Leon Public Boat ramp is a few miles south of the house, Laishley Park Boat ramp is location in downtown Punta Gorda. Both offer easy access to the harbor and canal to the house
Garage: two car garage available for guest use. Please return the garage door opener to the kitchen counter upon departure
BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning
