On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room, sitting area, and a modern professional kitchen. Outside, a large terrace with a dining table overlooks the garden and the lake. An outdoor bar with a plancha guarantees the best meals prepared. The garage is a standout feature, stocked with surfboards, paddleboards, bodyboards, bikes, and golf clubs - everything you need to enjoy outdoor activities and embrace the Californian lifestyle.
