Villa Overview
Renovated and fitted out in 2021, it can accommodate 16 guest to sleep and up to 70 people for an event. The house is equipped with an infinity pool, a hammam, a sauna, a game room, as well as large common areas. Built in the 19th century, it was later purchased by a shipbuilder, who added the stoop, veranda and balcony of the Baroness room to oversee his shipyard!

Events allowed at additional cost, please ask us for a quote. The property can accommodate up to 50 guests.
Pets allowed on request - no more than 2 dogs and 2 cats (there are a lot of cats and sometimes a dog, which hang around - they are the neighbor's)
Reversible air conditioning in all rooms - can be used either as heating or as cooling (the mode must be the same throughout the house ) - wall control
