Villa Overview
The area is ideal for nature and wine lovers. The interiors are a true marriage of modern luxury and old world charm. The Property features eight elegant and comfortable bedrooms with their own bathroom, air conditioning and television and can accommodate up to 20 Guests with no more than 8 children. Two of the bedrooms have a mezzanine each with mattresses for up to four children or two young adults, and direct access to the garden.
The grounds include ample alfresco dining and lounging areas, a tennis court with an elevated and lit lounge area for spectators, 2 swimming pools, a children's playground, a fitness room and a sauna. In 2024, a new 250m2 building has been introduced to cater to your events.

Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor - West Wing): Familial suite with 2 double bedrooms: 1 with King size Bed (180 x 200cm) connected to a second double bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200cm), a lounge / sitting area with a convertible sofa (150 x 200cm), large Ensuite bathroom accessible from the twin bedroom with 2 showers, dual vanity & WC, heated floor, dressing, 2 Televisions, kitchenette, private garden access.
Bedroom 2 (Ground Floor - West Wing): Familial suite 2 with Floating King size bed (210 x 210cm), lounge / sitting area with convertible sofa (150 x 200cm), bathroom with 2 showers, large vanity with 2 taps & separate WC, heated floor, his/her dressing.
Bedroom 3 (First Floor - West Wing): Queen size bed (160x200cm - Twinable), large dressing, Television & DVD player, Ensuite bathroom (with marble tiling, stone dual vanity, 2 showers, floor-ceiling mirror), mezzanine on top of the bathroom (with mattresses on the floor sleeping up to 4 children or 2 young adults - 11m2), direct garden access.
Bedroom 4 (First Floor - West Wing): Queen size bed (160x200cm- Twinable), large dressing, Television & DVD player, en-suite bathroom (with marble tiling, stone washbasins, 2 showers, floor-ceiling mirror), large dressing & mezzanine on top of the bathroom (with mattresses on the floor sleeping up to 4 children or 2 young adults - 9m2).
Please note that the mezzanines in these two bedrooms are not suitable for children under 8 years old. In addition, these two bedrooms can be configured for 2 couples (queen size beds), or 4 singles (2 x twin beds)
Bedroom 5 - Hermine (First Floor - East Wing): Queen size bed (160 x 200cm), Television, open-plan bathroom with bathtub, shower & stone dual vanity, heated floor.
Bedroom 6 - Madeleine (First Floor - East Wing): Queen size bed (160 x 200cm), Television, modern bathroom with stand-alone shower, vanity & WC, chandelier.
Bedroom 7 - Master (First Floor - East Wing): King size Italian design bed (170 x 200cm), large dressing, Television & DVD player, safe, telephone, Xerox, Dell laptop, spacious bathroom with bathtub for 2, large shower, dual vanity & WC, mezzanine on top of the bathroom (with mattresses on the floor sleeping up to 6 children or 4 young adults - 18m2).
Bedroom 8 (Annex): Suitable for staff. Double size bed (140 x 200cm), Television & DVD player, Ensuite bathroom with built-in shower, vanity & WC, heated floor.

'Les Cavaliers' is located 21miles, 20 minute drive west of Uzès and 70 km from Avignon. The nearest shopping centre, the village of Saint-Privat-des-Vieux is only 5 minutes' drive (2.2km) and the famous local farmers‘ market that is only running on Tuesdays.
