Overview

This village house, completely renovated consists of three bedrooms with bathrooms and a wonderful living room, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a terrace/ balcony with panoramic views and garden with swimming pool.

This village house is chic and comfortable and  with everything close at hand.  On the entrance level, there is a guest cloakroom, followed by the dining area and fully equipped open kitchen, overlooking the hills and the swimming pool. The comfortable, generous living area with fireplace opens onto a beautiful sunny terrace, overlooking the hills, the village roofs, the Pampelonne bay, the sea and its magical sunrise.

In the main house there are the two bedrooms: the master bedroom with queen size bed, dressing room, TV, safe and bathroom with tub, shower, basin and a separate WC. The second bedroom includes two single beds, a shower room with basin and WC.  

The independent pool house studio has a bedroom with sofa bed, shower room with shower, basin & WC.

There is a terrace with sun lounger. Steps lead down to the well maintained garden with mature plants and lawn area, heated pool and an independent studio “Pool House Studio” with a bedroom/ bathroom. There are sun-beds by the pool and an area with dining table to eat Al fresco. Private parking is available for two cars & there are electric gates. 

This village house is in the center of Ramatuelle with it’s many restaurants and shops and galleries.  The evenings are very much alive with people dining and strolling along the paved streets enjoying the atmosphere.  Every Thursday & Sunday there is a local market and in August there is the Ramatuelle Music Festival with different concerts in the open air amphitheatre.

St Tropez is just a 12 minute drive from the villa.  There are many restaurants and cafes, including many exclusive boutiques for everyone.  There is also the large colorful market on Tuesday & Saturday or if it is all too much after your shopping you can feel sit down and have a drink at one of the trendy bars like Senequier in the Port and gaze at the amazing yachts and “the beautiful people”.

Nearby, approximately 5 to 20 minutes by car, there are many wonderful small villages such as Gassin, Girmaud, La Garde Freinet & Plan de la Tour just to name just a few.
